Level 100 - Darkmoor Graveyard Gear. Krokopatra Exalted Duel Hat is the better hat choice. Level 125 - Corporal Tenni'syn for your robe. Level 130 - Catacombs for Dragoon's Gear.
If for some reason you didnt have the sky iron, I imagine the zeus staff is the second best option to use. The real problem is the sky iron hasta is a guaranteed drop, and just insanely good for the level you get it. Yeah some lower level gear is just flat out better then most higher level gear. Once you get the level 60 Water Works Gear that ... Water works. Waterworks or crafted gear, lexicon blade, sidhe staff, aureate band, triple double myth pet, amulet of the feint. I prefer the sky iron hasta to the sidhe staff. I think damage is more important for myth than power pip or accuracy. Myth doesn't really struggle with accuracy and you can always use accuracy jewels.
