As a 49 shaman, I can travel through Upper Guk by inivisible and not getting lost, but others may suffer from killing everything along the way trying to get to Lower Guk.In 3 complete clearings (clearing them all before respawn) I have gotten 9 bloods total. So based on these numbers, there is a 3% chance of getting a blood from the frogs in sebilis. I'm assuming Guk is probably the place to get these, but until I get my wood elf crown on my wizard, that is a no no :( Best of luck to others who farm these.
