For a corrupted Authority build, you could go 15 Agi, 20 Grit with Steel Thewed Perk, 20 Auth and 5 Expertise or 20 Agi and use Carry Capacity+ armour/buff. If you really want to use Strength weapon with an Authority build, my suggestion would be 15 Str, 15 Agi, 20 Vit, and 10 Auth. The reason is, the 3rd perk in Agility is must have. The Exile Lands legendary armor is really good now being on par with if not better than aspect gear, only issue is that you can't Transmog them unfortunately. Stat wise I feel building for health armor is arguebly best, pretty much no creature in the game except the arena champ should be able to keep up with 800~ health.
