Dhukk the pieced is often over looked by the raid shadow legends players who have alternative debuffers but in this video i try to focus on his strengths (faction wars, Affinity advantage...Frank is a severely overlooked champ to be on the list. He is single-handedly the most generally useful epic, while also being the best in several categories. Madame certainly is top 3 for overall epic, and while she is the best in the game for some elements/areas, she doesn't quite provide the same ubiquity as Frank.
