Sep 24, 2018 · My husband and I decided to do the combined billing for our DirecTV, AT&T wireless, and AT&T internet accounts. We were told in order to do this, all of the accounts needed to be in the same name. At the end of July, my husband and I began the process of transferring the billing responsibility for our AT&T internet service into his name. Therefore, I am UNABLE TO NAVIGATE to a "Remove this Account" button in order to UNLINK my two services, ie,. my ATT Wireless account AND my DirecTV Streaming account.
